I've been married for 29 years to this 'perrty' woman I found in Hawaii. At the time I was stationed in Hawaii with The United States Coast Guard. I served in Hawaii, New Jersey/Philadelphia, California, and here in Texas. I have since retired from the USCG after twenty years of service. I am now a Texas registered paramedic. I currently work in a local hospital er. I was born 50 some years ago, in California, much to my surprise. My folks were good enough to fix that California problem and move to Phoenix, Az, where I grew up until I joined the Coast Guard.

Constitution Party

Some folks would call it treason. I'm one of them. What is this
treason you ask? It's the National Defense Authorization Act that was
signed into law by president barack obama. This is the law that allows
the military to detain US citizens indefinitely as terrorist or
supporters of terrorist. What exactly is a terrorist or what supports
terrorist is very vaguely defined. That vague term in times gone past
would be unconstitutional, but those days are long gone. It should be
noted that when a few of our reps tried to put forth amendments that
fully excluded US citizens those amendments were SOUNDLY defeated by
both parties.
Section 1021 requires military detainment of al quaida, taliban,
associated forces, and any and all 'supporters'. Section 1022 exempts
the requirement for US citizens but does not exclude it, its just
optional. Both sections cover all of the United States as part of the
war zone against terrorist.
The most chilling part that all of us must consider is this
administrations definition of a domestic terrorist. If you meet any of
these definitions this administration may just consider you a domestic
terrorist as they have repeatedly stated over the years. White,
Christian, male, ex-military, conservative, libertarian, constitution
supporting, limited government supporting, anti-irs, second amendment
supporting, gun loving, anti obama, birther, and the list goes on. As
you can see its quite easy to get on the terrorist list. Are you on the
no fly list? Try to fly and you just may appear in their camps under
military guard. Don't submit or object to the TSA touch and feel you
could find yourself detained. Makes you feel warm and fuzzy doesn't it?
Probably the most ugly part of all this was the overwhelming bipartisan
support this bill had. The majority of both parties voted in favor of
this bill, and as I have stated soundly defeated any amendments to this
treason. Yes, it's treason committed by our CONgressional reps. against
the Constitution of the United States of America. To those who voted
for these reps in spite of any past problems they had with their voting
records, but they were republicans, hows that working out right now?
As I have said before voting for the lesser of two evils IS voting for
evil.
Constitutional TREASON is set forth in article III, section 3 as:
Treason against the United states, shall consist only in levying War
against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and
comfort. No person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the
testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in
open court.
So how is this act treason? It willfully violates our constitutional
right to a trial by jury and our right to a speedy trial. Under these
rule you can be held forever without trial or charges until the war is
over. If you get a trial it will be by a military tribunal, not by a
jury. Right to see the evidence and witnesses against you? Sorry,
national security won't allow it. NOTHING in the Constitution allows
congress to deny you your rights, NOTHING! The only way to change our
right is by the amendment process, PERIOD!
This is why it's treason against US citizens and their oaths to protect,
defend, and obey the Constitution of the United States. Their vote is
recorded in the congressional record and witnessed by their fellow
congresspersons. The president signed the bill so his signature on the
bill condemns him as well as the folks who witnessed him signing the
bill. Add his signing statement where he 'promises' not to use the
offending sections and you get a clear admission of these parts meaning.
So what do we do? It's clear that talking to our CONgress critters is
useless. First of all we need to support anyone running against the
traitors. Let the party heads know that these folks are toast. Let
them know that voting party line is dead. That's right folks, time to
abandon the GOP as they support these establishment traitors. If
there's a third party that you can support, then get on that band wagon
whole hog. NO MORE VOTING FOR THE LESSER OF TWO EVILS EVER AGAIN!
If that's the choice that you have then just refuse to vote. They
can't say that they have the consent of the governed if the majority of
us refuse to vote for them.
I am taking the public stand against them stating that they have
committed treason. I'm sending all of my reps and president obama
notices demanding that they resign. I am refusing to submit to federal
laws until they are gone and these offending laws are repealed by their
replacements. On my blog you will find a PDF that you can send to your
offending CONgressional reps and the president if you agree. Just print
it out on a Avery postcard blank, address it to your critter, and send

Time to get past talking and push back!
So we have been talking,
protesting, calling, and writing for months now. Are the politicians
listening? Yes they are and many are running scared. The GOP claims
to have seen the light, but we have heard this before. Even now they
can't hold their members in line to keep a radical socialist off of the
Supreme Court.
The Republicans claim that they will overturn the
socialist agenda if we just vote in the GOP back into power. Again we
have heard this before. Even if the GOP takes over the House, which is a
good possibility, so what? Maybe on the outside chance they get a
stronger presence in the senate will it change anything really? At best
only to a limited degree. It may slow down the march to socialism.
The party of socialism lite, otherwise known as fascism, even in the
best case will not have the votes to overturn the bills that have
passed. Should the communist in the democratic party unite in fear with
the fascist of the Republican party and overturn these unconstitutional
laws, the chances of overriding a presidential vote or executive order
are nil. You can bet that that reason alone will represent a great
opportunity for the fascist party (GOP) to exploit for political reason
in 2012.
This election we need to focus our rage razor sharp if
we want to turn it around in 2012. This fall vote out ALL incumbents
regardless of party. BOTH parties, the communist democrats, and the
fascist republicans are both responsible for passing these
unconstitutional laws over the years that have dragged this great nation
down. Both in the face of our wrath and disgust say that they have
gotten the message. The evil socialist say that they will slow down,
The lesser of two evils party say that they have changed. When pigs
where lipstick and fly! Most members of congress have been there a long
time. That is the problem and they are not any part of the solution.
If we revolt and throw out as many incumbents as we can we will send a
message throughout the halls of Washington DC. It will also send a
message to the productive members of this country that we can change
Washington. We will tell them that we don't have to accept more burdens
on our God given freedoms and our wallets.
Know that this will
just be the start of the real fight for America. The unproductive
members of society will see this change in the wind too. It will be a
big threat to their cushy way of life. The communist democratic party
and the fascist republican party will exploit their fear to the max for
their political gain. They will sing campaign promises of 'vote for me
to save your benefit rights' that keep us economically enslaved now.
Yes it will be THE real fight.
So this election chose. Chose
continued economic slavery, or chose to fight for your God given
freedoms. The time to chose is now. Chose freedom.

communism: All power the economy and production placed in the hands of
the government. Fascism: government controls economy and most means of

Ok, Lets focus here.
It's the Constitution stupid! Is that clear enough?
It's
the Constitution on which our country was founded. It's the
Constitution in which our God given rights and freedoms are enshrined.
It's our Constitution which makes us such a great nation. So great that
millions will risk whatever they can do to get here. It's our
Constitution that defines us as a people. It's our Constitution that
drives evil liberal socialist crazy!
It drives the socialist
crazy because it really limits their power. This 200+ year old document,
based on our founders belief in a book thousands of years old, gives
way to much freedom and power to the individual for their all knowing
liking. If they are restrained by the Constitution, they cannot 'lead'
us to the 'Greatness of Humanity' 'unchained from the shackles of
religion'.
The fact that this belief and this Constitution has
brought untold wealth, prosperity, liberty and freedom to us and the
world is irrelevant. The fact that socialism has failed all over the
world with poverty, pain, hunger, slavery, and death is also irrelevant.
They strive to bring Heaven on earth, but only create hell on earth.
We
need to focus ourselves back to our God and back to the Constitution of
the United States. We need to focus returning our government to the
limits of the Constitution, so we can once again enjoy its freedoms and
return to our prosperity.
The 2010 elections are almost upon us. This will be where we STOP!
the slide into the pits of fascism or outright communism. 2012 will
follow soon after and we can turn this tide of evil back for good.
Vote
only this fall for Constitution supporting candidates. Vote out the
old incumbent blood that has caused this disaster. Let your voices be
heard with a resounding shout or prepare to be silent forever.

Ok, the federal government is going to sue Arizona.
So the feds and obuma are going to sue the state of Arizona for
enforcing federal law on a state level. Maybe it's because Arizona also
added more and better civil right protections than federal law? We all
know how the federal government hates competition.
How much
more plain can this administration make it that they will not enforce
federal immigration laws? If they will not enforce our laws that they
create, why should we obey any laws that they write? This is a line
that they have crossed in their corruption and it's time to tell them
to buzz off. I'll say it here and now, you no longer have any force of
law that you can use against me. No federal law has any authority over
me or the free people of the United States. Your willful failure to
treat us all as equal under the law overturns the laws and your
authority.
You, Barrak Obama and you, the Congress of the United
States, have failed in your most important duty. It is your foremost
job to protect the sovereignty of the United States of American and
protect its citizens from harm. By not enforcing our border laws you
are willfully permitting the invasion by criminals and terrorist into
the US. The lives of our fellow citizens lost and their blood spilled
is on your hands. The property stolen and the treasury robbed is your
fault. You are all not part of the solution, but your corrupt criminal
supporting acts are the problem.
Your refusal to enforce the
immigration laws until immigration reform passes only shows that you
are doing this as a political football. You are holding our lives and
property as hostage to your political agenda. This is just plain evil,
repulsive, and un-american.
There are now reports that obuma
intends to solve this problem by use of a presidential pardon or
executive order. Since congress is balking at passing his version of
immigration reform he will just make them totally irrelevant. Who needs
lawmakers as a rubber stamp when the king obuma can just make a decree?
You, Barrak Obama, your bureaucrats, and the liberal democrats,
indeed the whole of congress are ordered to vacate your offices. Your
willful acts against the laws of this nation, your oaths of office, and
it's citizens make you all unfit to serve. If you are campaigning for
office in 2010 you should save your money for your immediate
retirement.
This free American taxpayer will no longer obey you and your evil kind. I call on all Free Americans to do the same.

It all comes back to obeying the Constitution or not.How can our leaders have any claim to legitimacy when they so blatantly
refuse to obey and follow the Constitution? When they refuse to fulfill
the laws of our nation and publicly condemn those who do, are we
morally and legally required to follow them? When they show their
disrespect and disdain for the laws of our nation they show that they
are not leaders but rulers.
A case in point is the recent
brouhaha over the Arizona illegal immigrant law. This law is a mirror
of federal law brought down to a local level of enforcement. It even
goes farther than federal law in that it makes racial profiling illegal
and punishable under the law. Being typical Washington DC politicians,
they have voiced strong opposition to the law without having read the
bill. Given that the bill is only ten pages long, not thousands like a
federal bill, it only proves that these politicians are illiterate. Not
content with criticizing the law they invited a corrupt leader, from a
failed narco state, to come to Washington DC and lecture us from the
podium in the capitol building. The head of ICE has publicly stated
that his agency, the one charged with enforcing immigration laws, may
not deport any illegals that are caught by Arizona law enforcement
officials.
Then there is the second amendment issue. Obuma has
stated that he is not going to take our guns away. That is the truth,
sort of. It's the U.N. that going to do that under the small arms
treaty that Hillary signed on behalf of the United States. Once the
advise and consent requirement is passed by the US Senate, obuma can
can say it's not him taking our rights away, but the UN requirements.
The fact that as president he ordered and authorized Hillary to sign it
is irrelevant.
The most recent scandal of our ruling class is
the attempt by this administration to buy off political opponents with
offers of cushy federal jobs. At least two candidates for high office
were offered jobs to resign from a race so that the administration
favored candidates would win the primary and hopefully be re-elected.
This, of coarse violates the law regarding interfering with an
election. Given the mood of the public regarding incumbents, this kind
corruption will only backfire and may rise to the level of an
impeachable event.
Lastly there is the fine example put up by
the ruling class on not paying their taxes. It never ceases to amaze me
how many government officials are caught not paying their fair share.
You know about that fair share thing. The one that if we don't pay we
go to jail. These millionaires get off with a small fine and they have
to pay the back taxes. They then go back to business as usual. We the
little folk of coarse get a chance to live off the government dole in
Leavenworth prison for the same offense. So much for equal protection
under the law.
The willful failure of our leaders to obey and
follow the Constitution is why our nation is in so much danger, both
from within and without. Protecting the lives and property of American
citizens is the first and foremost duty of the government. Signing away
our personal inalienable rights is not something that either the
congress or the president has the right or authority to do. Trying to
do an end run around the Constitution to do that is just plain TREASON!
It
is time, Mr. and Mrs. America, to change how this game is played. If
your elected official won't obey the Constitution, then it's time to
demand that they depart. If they will not go peacefully then we must
drag them out kicking and screaming. If they want to be our leaders
then they must lead by example and obey the Constitution of the United
Stated and our laws. All unconstitutional laws must be repealed and the
government returned to it's constitutional limits. Treaties that
violate our personal inalienable right must be declared null and void.
When
we go to the polls this year we need to drive out those who have shown
their scorn for the Constitution regardless of their party affiliation.
We need to reject party loyalty and give our loyalty to those who
support and obey the Constitution of the United States of America. This
is the path back to a strong and free America.

Why should we obey federal laws?
If
the federal government refuses to enforce the federal immigration laws,
why should ANY federal laws be obeyed? What is the point of having any
laws if they are ignored or selectively enforced at the governments
whim? If the laws of our land are indeed selectively enforced doesn't
that violate our most sacred legal precept, Equal Protection under the Law?
Obuma
and his administration have repeatedly refused to enforce our
immigration laws which resulted in Arizona coming up with their new
law, which mirrors federal law. When it comes to equal protection it
even goes farther in protecting against racial profiling, the most
common complaint from the liberal left. Obuma has ordered his Justice
Department to conduct a review as to the constitutionality of the new
law. When questioned about it by Congressman Ted Poe, R-TX, Attorney
General Holder admitted that he did not know what the bill said as he
had not read it. This is an all to common thing with DC politicians and
bureaucrats. High ICE officials in the obuma administration are now
saying that they may not process any of the illegal criminals that are
brought in by the local Arizona Police. If ICE is not going to enforce
the law when these criminal are just handed to them, What's the point?
The
President now wants to know what went wrong on the BP oil spill in the
Gulf of Mexico. He has appointed a commission to see if we need new
laws or were our laws just not enforced. I would speculate that the
laws were not enforced as that seems to be the modus operendi of the
government regulators. That is unless the blowout was just an accident
due to an unexpected and uncontrollable release of methane hydrate. It
should also be pointed that the lead agency for enforcing these laws,
The United States Coast Guard, has seen its budget cut and may lose
3000 jobs this year alone. The point is what good will any new laws be
if the government, regardless of which party is in charge, just ignores
them at their whim?
Now I see some communities are issuing 'ID
Cards' to any and all who wants one no questions asked. A community
organizer on Fox News 'Maria Jurga' stated that it was to show
solidarity with the illegal community. She and others like her are
encouraging her fellow citizens to get these cards too to support the
illegal community. I have spoken on this before about those who support
the illegal community. These folks are criminals before and after the
fact. These supporters are now a whole lot easier to identify. They now
have their own community ID card. All that needs to be done is get a
warrant and seize their computer data base and pick them up.
By
the time this is posted to my blog I will have contacted my three
congressional critters from Texas. I will demand to know why I should
obey any federal laws. I have already made out my w-4 to the max
allowed by law. You should do this too. Come next April 15th I will
have to pay some instead of giving them an interest free loan. Knowing
the way that things are going down the tubes we might not get the
excess back. I am not going to obey healthcare reform, cap and tax, or
give up my God or guns. I will demand that they grant me amnesty
instead.
It's time to stop following their rules. Its time to make our own rules.

Is there really a difference?
Is
there really a difference between the democratic party and the
republican party anymore? It gets harder to tell every day. The GOP
seems to move closer to the left of just folds under democrats
criticism a little more each day.
The other senator from
Arizona, Jon Kyl, was on face the nation the other day talking about
obuma's latest pick for the Supreme Court of the US, Elena
Kagan. During this interview he showed that he really had very little
information on her background and core far left liberal beliefs. As
usual he came off to me a an unknowing politician from washington dc.
He ended the interview by stating that a filibuster was off the table.
Folks we can now concede that this nominee will get voted in as the
most powerful way of stopping her has been withdrawn. All the democrats
had to do during the Bush years was say that they were filibustering
something and it was all over. It didn't matter if it was a bill or a
judicial nomination being considered it was gone. You would think that
by now the republicans in congress would show a little spine but you
would be mistaken.
Here in Texas the Trans Texas Corridor has
been resurrected from the dead again. Governor Rick Perry has said that
he will wait and see if its going to be funded by the federal
government. If it is then he will have to ok it as it's mandated to
spend the funds by law. SO he really doesn't want to do this but if the
feds say he must he will. Where have I recently been hearing something
similar to this? It had to do with something about a threat to one of
our inalienable rights. I remember now! Obuma stated that he wasn't
going to overturn the second amendment and take our guns away. Instead
the UN is going to do that! Billary just signed the treaty on small
arms and now it goes senate for their required advise and consent.
Since the treaty bans civilian small arms the government will be
required to confiscate them, all in the name of UN compliance, not US
law or obuma's desire to ban guns in the hands of citizens. Based on
the republicans history do you really think that they will stand up for
this fight?
The senate has been working on a new bill for
regulating wall street. Harry Reid attempted a vote to close debate and
it was voted down. After the usual back room, behind the scenes arm
twisting it was brought to a vote again and this time it passed without
any new amendments. How was this done you might ask? Scott Brown,
(R-Mass) changed his vote. I'm sure we will soon learn just what his
quid pro quo was.
Then there is the Arizona law on illegal
immigration. A few, no maybe a couple, ok one republican grilled
Attorney General Holder on the threat that he made of taking Arizona to
court over this bill. When asked Holder stated that he had not read the
18 page bill, so he wasn't sure what was in it. First of all why is
reading a bill relevant? That is just not the way things are done in
washington dc, but I digress. Has the GOP called for his firing? I
think not. Will they? I think not.
If after all the outrage
against incumbents and this leap off the cliff into socialism I can
only conclude that the GOP is for it in the long run or they would at
least try to put a stop to it. Folks, they are not even trying to fake
it any more. I'm not even going to call them the lesser of two evils
anymore.
Voting for either party based on what party they are
is just voting for evil. Both parties just want the power over every
aspect of our daily lives and will say and do whatever they must to
accomplish these ends. One party is just trying to do it faster than
the other party. As a Friend of mine puts it on his blog,'The Only Way
To Deal With An Unfree World Is To Become So Absolutely Free That Your
Very Existence Is An Act Of Rebellion!'. I will only vote for and
support politicians that support my core beliefs. Those are God, A
strong FREE and safe America, and liberty and the rights of its
citizens to be free of government nanny state intrusion. I WILL hold
any and all politicians feet to the fire for violating my beliefs and
my God given inalienable right.

Let the boycotts begin!
The socialist fringe of the liberal democratic party are calling for a
boycott of all things Arizona. This is because Arizona had the audacity
to make a law enforcing federal immigration law by making it a state
law that can be enforced by local police. It also makes it illegal for
cities to be 'sanctuary cities'. I say lets boycott all things that are
supporting the criminal activity of illegal immigration! When you do
this make sure you call it what it is 'willful support of criminal
activity'.
This is exactly what it is, criminal support of
criminal activity. Both before and after the fact. By agitating for
these 'rights' to be here in the Unites States without permission, the
criminal element encourages their fellow criminals to illegally enter
the US.
One way that they do this is by using the lie that these
are 'honest hard working migrants filling jobs that americans don't
want to do'. The real truth about this is that americans won't do these
jobs for the wages that are being paid. These illegal immigrants are
willing to be paid less and be paid off the books. This deprives honest
hard working americans a decent wage and robs the treasury of income,
social security, and medicare taxes. Employers who hire these criminals
become criminals themselves in the process. The hiring of these
criminals also is proven wrong on the rare attempts at immigration
enforcement. Just look back at the long lines of legal workers who
flooded the Perdue chicken processing plant and the Shipley's donut
shops. Thousands lined up for a few hundred well paying LEGAL jobs.
This has been seen all over the country. In reality the illegals
provide cheap labor and keep wages artificially low.
These folks
also don't buy insurance for their health or their vehicles. When they
get sick they can't go to a doctor where they have to pay cash up
front. Instead the flood our emergency rooms and hospitals. They then
leave without paying their bills and without any intention of doing so.
They are safe now from deportation due to their anchor baby that they
have here too. We won't even talk about the social services that they
now qualify for with these anchor babies. This has led to the closure
of hospitals with the loss of jobs to RN's, Doctors and support staff.
This of coarse leads to more loss to our treasury in taxes and
increased cost for unemployment insurance. Our insurance rates also
rise to cover these losses in medical insurance and auto insurance.
Then
of coarse there are those who commit crimes beyond the crime of
entering the US illegally. These violent folks fill our jail cells for
the crimes like, robbery, burglary, rape, assault, importing and
selling drugs, and murder. The blood spilled from these crimes and the
loss of life and property need to be placed squarely on the heads and
hands of those who aid and abet, or support illegal immigration.
The
corruption of those who support these criminals aliens infects all
areas of our society. It doesn't matter if it's corrupt employers who
hire them. The corrupt politicians who refuse to protect our borders,
enforce our laws and the Constitution. The corrupt citizens who hide
and care for them. Or, the corrupt governments that use our porous as
an escape valve so they don't have to fix their problems at home. All
of them are morally, ethically responsible for the criminal acts
committed by these illegal invaders.
This corruption is why
Arizona passed it's recent law. Now corrupt groups, politicians,
employers, and others are calling for a boycott of all things Arizona.
If you support these un-american activities, then go ahead and boycott
to your evil hearts content. If, on the other hand, you support law and
order, and the American way of life, then lets boycott those corrupt
organizations who support this criminal activity. Make sure you tell
them that you are doing this and why. Let them know loud and clear that
this is a crime and that they are criminals. Let your political
representatives know know that you will not be voting for them due to
their corruption, and their refusal to uphold our Constitution and
laws. Ask the corrupt politicians why we should obey any of the laws
that they pass if they only selectively enforce our laws?
If
they are not going to uphold their oaths of office, or listen to us,
the electorate, why should we listen to them and obey their laws? Is
that right and just that we should? It's right that we should be demand
amnesty too, right?

and the issue is?
What is the issue that we all can rally around? Is it healthcare? Guns?
Taxes? Spending? The IRS? Corrupt politicians? etc, etc, etc. Folks,
how can we become a force to be reckoned with if we are all over the
map on the issues? Please remember that these folks in washington have
very short attention spans. If you can't get to the point and/or you
don't have a pocket full of cash they won't hear you. These elected
officials can not even read the bills that they are passing.
How about this, The Constitution of the United States!
Lets rally around that ignored, abused, tattered, and most important
document we have next to the Bible. Lets tell our politicians to stand
by and follow the Constitution and its limitations or we will limit
them right into jail or worse. This current crop of politicians has led
this nation to the brink of failure and they all must go.
If we
are lucky we may see a election in 2010. We need to elect new
representatives. The entire House of Representatives is up for
re-election. They all need to go by their primaries. None of them are
fit to return. Many will say that they have voted against these bills
that have the public so outraged. So what! The Cap and Trade bill
passed the house with a bare majority. If it hadn't been eight RINO's
from the GOP it wouldn't have passed at all. Had any of the so called
conservatives stood up on their hind legs and filibustered the bill it
would not have even come to a vote.
This lack of a spine is
why they all must go. As of right now 57% of americans polled think no
one should be re-elected. 57%! Lets push to bring this to around 80% by
election time! We currently have these politicians to scared to face us
at an unrestricted town hall meetings. Lets make them to scared to run
in the next election.
Look for, find and support candidates who will support and defend the Constitution of the United States.
Don't listen to our current politicians who say that they have gotten
the message. We have all heard that lie before. Time is short as the
filing deadlines are rapidly approaching. Tell the party that you
