Let the boycotts begin!
The socialist fringe of the liberal democratic party are calling for a
boycott of all things Arizona. This is because Arizona had the audacity
to make a law enforcing federal immigration law by making it a state
law that can be enforced by local police. It also makes it illegal for
cities to be 'sanctuary cities'. I say lets boycott all things that are
supporting the criminal activity of illegal immigration! When you do
this make sure you call it what it is 'willful support of criminal
activity'.
This is exactly what it is, criminal support of
criminal activity. Both before and after the fact. By agitating for
these 'rights' to be here in the Unites States without permission, the
criminal element encourages their fellow criminals to illegally enter
the US.
One way that they do this is by using the lie that these
are 'honest hard working migrants filling jobs that americans don't
want to do'. The real truth about this is that americans won't do these
jobs for the wages that are being paid. These illegal immigrants are
willing to be paid less and be paid off the books. This deprives honest
hard working americans a decent wage and robs the treasury of income,
social security, and medicare taxes. Employers who hire these criminals
become criminals themselves in the process. The hiring of these
criminals also is proven wrong on the rare attempts at immigration
enforcement. Just look back at the long lines of legal workers who
flooded the Perdue chicken processing plant and the Shipley's donut
shops. Thousands lined up for a few hundred well paying LEGAL jobs.
This has been seen all over the country. In reality the illegals
provide cheap labor and keep wages artificially low.
These folks
also don't buy insurance for their health or their vehicles. When they
get sick they can't go to a doctor where they have to pay cash up
front. Instead the flood our emergency rooms and hospitals. They then
leave without paying their bills and without any intention of doing so.
They are safe now from deportation due to their anchor baby that they
have here too. We won't even talk about the social services that they
now qualify for with these anchor babies. This has led to the closure
of hospitals with the loss of jobs to RN's, Doctors and support staff.
This of coarse leads to more loss to our treasury in taxes and
increased cost for unemployment insurance. Our insurance rates also
rise to cover these losses in medical insurance and auto insurance.
Then
of coarse there are those who commit crimes beyond the crime of
entering the US illegally. These violent folks fill our jail cells for
the crimes like, robbery, burglary, rape, assault, importing and
selling drugs, and murder. The blood spilled from these crimes and the
loss of life and property need to be placed squarely on the heads and
hands of those who aid and abet, or support illegal immigration.
The
corruption of those who support these criminals aliens infects all
areas of our society. It doesn't matter if it's corrupt employers who
hire them. The corrupt politicians who refuse to protect our borders,
enforce our laws and the Constitution. The corrupt citizens who hide
and care for them. Or, the corrupt governments that use our porous as
an escape valve so they don't have to fix their problems at home. All
of them are morally, ethically responsible for the criminal acts
committed by these illegal invaders.
This corruption is why
Arizona passed it's recent law. Now corrupt groups, politicians,
employers, and others are calling for a boycott of all things Arizona.
If you support these un-american activities, then go ahead and boycott
to your evil hearts content. If, on the other hand, you support law and
order, and the American way of life, then lets boycott those corrupt
organizations who support this criminal activity. Make sure you tell
them that you are doing this and why. Let them know loud and clear that
this is a crime and that they are criminals. Let your political
representatives know know that you will not be voting for them due to
their corruption, and their refusal to uphold our Constitution and
laws. Ask the corrupt politicians why we should obey any of the laws
that they pass if they only selectively enforce our laws?
If
they are not going to uphold their oaths of office, or listen to us,
the electorate, why should we listen to them and obey their laws? Is
that right and just that we should? It's right that we should be demand
amnesty too, right?

Vote them out!
Is the 2010 election about electing republicans over democrats, or should we do something more important and substantial?
Many
think we should vote out the democrats and only vote for republicans.
Will that really change things? Was this problem really caused by just
the democrats? OH HECK NO! Both parties are responsible for this mess. The democrats only accelerated this fall of our country.
Both
parties need to be sent a message of who is really in charge. Both
parties need to go and we need to flex real muscle. Lets throw out ALL
INCUMBENTS! Let both parties know that they work for us. Let them know
we can and will get rid of them one way or another. They all must pay
the price of thier treason for not listening to us.
The
democrats know that their days as a clear majority are numbered. Many
are retiring ahead of the coming election. This will let them nominate
a candidate to tell the electorate what they want to hear. They will
push hard in the meantime to get their agenda through. Look ahead for
cap and trade again, immigration reform, ratifying UN treaties like
LOST and children's rights, Obama's new arms treaty, and possibly a
value added tax in addition to our regular income tax to raise revenue
to pay for all of this.
The Republicans still don't have the REAL
conservative religion yet. Those in congress now are just pandering to
the masses for re-election. Most of them are in favor of some type of
health care reform, immigration reform, and other things that we don't
need or want. They just don't want it as fast or as far as the
democrats. Lets not forget it was the republicans, led by John McCain,
that gave us the recently overturned McCain-Fiengold act, otherwise
known as the incumbent protection act. It should be remembered that at
one time the GOP was in charge as the majority. Did they shrink the
size of our government, or was the 'contract with America' a failure in
the end? Did the lame attempt to reform fannie mae or freddie mac work?
Does anyone think that they will win enough seats to overturn these
unconstitutional and treasonous acts? Do you think that they will have
enough votes to override a presidential veto? Even the republican
leadership is backing off their promise to kill the health care bill. Sen. Bob Corker (R-Tenn.) , Senate candidates Mark Kirk of Illinois, Rep. Mike Castle, (R-Del.) have also backed off their repeal the bill stance.
Is
the GOP really backing or putting forth real conservative candidates? I
recently saw the darling of the latest conservative movement, Sarah
Palin, publicly endorsing Senator John McCain! GET REAL! The leadership
of the GOP is still partying like its 1999 at the nudity bars. Some
party members are calling for GOP leader Steele to resign and he is
playing the race card! Here in Texas we are having a runoff between
Rick Perry and Kay Bailey Hutchinson. Both are expert career
politicians, not real conservative by any stretch of the imagination.
Its
time for a real change that this country can live with. The change
needs to be in our attitude about career politicians. This primary
season vote against ALL INCUMBENTS in a voice that cannot be ignored.
Nothing says that 'We the People' are in charge like telling a
politician 'Your Fired' and tossing them out of office. Come this
november election vote against ALL remaining incumbents. If we do this
the GOP leadership and the conservative movement will be changed for
real. We will be able to force them to give us real conservative,
Constitution supporting, candidates. We then can force a repeal of
these laws, secure our borders, reform our taxes, and make America a
strong world leader again.
We can of course just vote for the
lesser of two evils again. Some will say that that voting against
republican incumbents just plays into the democrats hand. Truthfully
that is just voting for evil and you get what you sow, just maybe at a
slower level. How was that working out before the last election? Will
voting for the lesser of two evils really change what is happening in
Washington DC? In a word, NO! Vote of a third party CONSERVATIVE
candidate if one is available. If there is not one just withhold your
vote or, write in your vote for a conservative that you respect in your
district.
Remember nothing says ' We don't love your anymore' like voting them out of office.

Lets just call it what it is - TREASON
Treason, noun:
1. The offense of acting to overthrow one's government or to harm or kill its sovereign.
2. A violation of allegiance to ones sovereign or to ones state.
3. The betrayal of a trust or confidence; breach of faith; treachery.
Lets
talk about the first one. The marxist Obama and the democrats openly
talk about transforming our country. They are taking us from a free
capitalist society to a socialist society. We have gone from where
private industry supplies what we want and can afford to where the
government has taken over private industry to give us what it thinks we
should have. They are placing our sovereignty in jeopardy through
massive amounts of debt by taking loans out to foreign countries. They
tie us up with treaties that limit our rights and trade. They are
instituting expansive government growth programs that the people that
they 'represent' don't want by an overwhelming majority. Constitutional
protections are being ignored and or swept aside.
All of these
folks took an oath of allegiance to support, protect, and defend the
Constitution of the United States. Members of BOTH parties regularly
violate this oath. BOTH parties have refuses to take decisive action to
stop the flow of illegal entry across out borders. Just recently a
rancher in Arizona was killed on his ranch by border-crossers who were
trailed back across the border back into Mexico. The governors of the
border states have called for troops to be deployed there to stop the
inflow. To date nothing has happened.
Despite the overwhelming
objections of law abiding AMERICANS, they have made repeated attempts
at a new amnesty and are planning to try again. This violates the laws
of our nation by rewarding law breaking. Why should anyone obey the law
if we could just demand and get the 'cure' of amnesty? This has been
done before. It didn't work then and it will not now. We now have an
even larger group of illegal law breakers demanding their 'fair share'
of the American dream just for being here. With democrats hell bent on
being re-elected with the vote of these new citizens, and republicans
pandering you can bet the new amnesty bill will be passed with
bipartisan support. All of this violates their allegiance to this
country and the laws of our land.
It is the arrogance of BOTH
parties that is the worse treason. The peoples trust, faith , and
confidence in Congress, the President, and the Courts are at an all
time low. Just take a look at their abysmal poll numbers. BOTH parties
have refused to listen to the clear loud voice of the people when we
tell them NO! The courts regularly refuse to hear our pleas. They say
the citizens have no standing to challenge these laws or question the
legitimacy of the President. Every where the people turn they are
obstructed from relief of this oppression. Our country is drowning in
debt to countries that hate us. Foreign invaders willfully violate our
laws that we dutifully obey. These illegal aliens kill, rob, and hurt
our citizens. Some have a clear intent to destroy this country. If we
are to become free again this must be changed.
If we get to an election in 2010 we must throw out ALL!
incumbents. Neither party must be spared. This point at which we find
our beloved country has been a long time in building. Both parties have
participated in violating the Constitution for their personnal gain and
re-election. The only thing either party fears is not being re-elected.
Given the rage in the electorate one can only wonder, how these bills
are getting passed? The simple answer is that once these bills are
passed they know that they will never be repealed. The probability of
the republicans getting a large enough majority to override a veto is
zero going down to the point of infinity. The GOP is in itself in favor
of health care reform, amnesty, and expanding the governments rule,
just not as fast as the democrats currently are. Many of them voted for
bills like amnesty, health care, and the stimulus package in the past.
Lets not even talk about pork barrel spending.
The latest bill
ruled unconstitutional was the McCain-Feingold bill, otherwise known as
the incumbent protection act. The courts ruled that it did violate our
rights to free political speech. The President was so enraged by this
he called out the Supreme Court during his State of the Union Address.
He even lied as to the impact of the bill being overturned as to
foreigners contributing to political parties. This is just one example
ot treasonous laws limiting our rights to free speech.
These treasonous acts continue to interfere with our daily lives. Our INALIENABLE RIGHTS
to speak out against unjust acts and corruption of our rulers are
denied. Our hard earned monies are taxed away and given to those who
didn't earn it. Our currency is devalued due to government actions. Our
freedom to worship and honor GOD as we please without the government
censoring it from the pulpit is under continued attack. Their
treasonous reach even goes into our homes telling us how we can light
them. Soon they may even reach into my garden if I don't submit a plan
and request permission from the government.
This government of
ours, by the people, for the people, and of the people has died at the
hands of these professional politicians. It is up to us, the people, to
decide if we will let this stand. Only we the people can take back OUR
country from the hands of these vile and treasonous folks. Today is
that day! Will you stand up to restore this country or will you kneel
down before those who have committed treason against the Constitution
of the United States of America?
I will be active against ALL
incumbents regardless of party. They are all responsible for the
situation this country is in. I will not obey these unconstitutional
laws. I will not be silent. I will not give up. I will not submit to
treasonous people or their acts.
I pledge my life, my fortune, and my sacred honor in restoring the United States of America. Will you join me and do the same?

So the Tea Party had a convention.
So the Tea Party had a small convention, or at least one faction did
and it finally made the lamestream news stations. I don't think the
establishment is taking us for granted anymore. I even see the GOP
trying to take us over.
Sarah Palin was the keynote speaker on
saturday. I wasn't there so I only got some reports on what she said.
I'm sure it was that the tea party members wanted to hear. She is now
on the primary campaign trail supporting John McCain in Arizona and
Governor Rick Perry in Texas for their re-election bids. You got to
love these politicians. Give them a little time and they will slip up.
This is why ALL politicians need to be watched like hawks.
John
McCain was the last election loser that was so thoroughly rejected by
the american conservative electorate for being a left lite RINO. His
McCain-Fiengold act outrage was just correctly overturned by the US
Supreme Court. Rick Perry tried one of the biggest land grabs in Texas
history with the Trans-Texas Corridor project. That would be the huge
toll road to be built and operated by a foreign company until the
outraged electorate changed his mind. This politician is really quite
good and flopping with the political winds.
Some called for
the Tea Party movement to form a PAC to support the GOP in electing
conservative politicians. Why would we limit ourselves to the GOP?
Isn't that what got us here in the first place, blind trust in the GOP?
As we proved in the recent election of Scott Brown we can get anyone
elected, even in the deep liberal yankee north. If we form a PAC we
should support ALL candidates regardless of political affiliation. I
for one refuse to be the lapdog of any political party, even the
Constitution Party, of which I am an active dues paying member. We
should support and vett ALL candidates that meet our beliefs, goals and
objectives. Nothing would bring GOP politicians to heel like knowing
that we would go outside the GOP to replace them as needed.
The
other option is to form our own political party. As long as we can and
WILL enforce party discipline I have no real problem with that either.
The best way to ensure the politicians toe our line is to have them in
our party where we can throw them out if they betray us like so many
Republicans have. It would be a requirement to obey our platform or be
kicked out of our party and caucus.
I know, I know many have
said its to hard to start a party and that it would split the GOP
ensuring a democrat win. I say hogwash. It would be a repeat of the
history that the GOP would hate to see repeated, as it's their history.
In 1854 the republican party was formed by dissatisfied members of the
mainstream Whig party. In 1860 the republicans elected their first
leader to the presidency, Abraham Lincoln. This was without the benefit
of TV, Radio, air travel for campaigning, and Al Gore had yet to invent
the internet. The mass means were the telegraph, newspapers, and the
iron horse of the rail road. Lincoln didn't even campaign and he wasn't
on the ballot in the south. Don't say it can't be done and done
quickly.
We need to stop being polite too. Stop letting the
GOP take ALL the blame for this depression. It was barney frank and
chris dodd that blocked even the lame GOP attempts to reform fannie mae
and freddie mac. They swore on a stack of bibles that all was fine and
rosey with those institutions that had them in their pockets.
The
local Tea Parties need to resist any attempts at a GOP takeover. We
need to find local politicians that we can vett and send to the other
Tea Parties to help with support. We need to make an example of those
who misuse this trust.

LETS ROLL!
Well there is no doubt that the Tea Parties are indeed a force in
American politics. The democrats called it a fluke when they lost the
governorships in New Jersey and Virginia. The loss at Massachusetts
flipped them on their collective ears. So what do we do now? I say lets
roll on even harder while we have the momentum. Now is not the time to
rest on our laurels and wait and see what Sarah Palin and Scott Brown
do now.
We need to be very watchful of our gains as we are now
in a very dangerous time. The beast in Washington DC is awake and
wounded by this ground swell of the people saying NO! It is not
something that they are accustomed to hearing. The ruling elite of both
parties are seeing a real threat to their base. We still have to push
for the candidates that we want in 2010 by the march 2nd primaries.
That is a real short time to work on replacing ALL the incumbents that
are up for re-election. We also must watch those politicians that claim
to support us.
Sarah Palin claims to be a rogue outsider of the
GOP. She decided not to go to GOPAC this year but instead will be a
keynote speaker at the Tea Party Convention this year. One big atta boy
for that! She then comes out and endorses Rick Perry for governor of
Texas! One big aw s#!+ for that. Rick Perry IS a politician. His
speciality is seeing which way the wind is blowing and going with it.
If we could harness the power in his flip flops we could do without a
whole lot of wind farms. This is the guy who brought us the Trans-Texas
corridor, to be built and toll operated by a spanish contractor, until
public outrage killed it. Now he was against it all along. Note to
Sarah, we are going against all incumbents. You might consider Debra
Medina for your endorsement as she is a maverick like you and not an
incumbent from Texas or Washington DC.
Scott Brown owes his seat
directly to the effort of Tea Parties all across this nation. They
really pulled it together to help him win. Who was the recipient of his
first endorsement? John McCain! Are you kidding me? This is the RINO
loser who lost to Obama. This is the guy who brought us McCain-Feingold
act. Just recently Mr. Brown told the GOP leadership that he would not
necessarily follow their leadership. Note to the Tea Parties, this guy
is a moderate at best. He needs to be watched like a hawk over the next
couple of months.
Obama has proven to be the Tea Parties Best
friend. At the State of the Union address he made it clear that it's
full speed ahead. Health care, Cap and Trade, Immigration reform are
still alive and will be pushed by the democrats for all that they are
worth. The biggest crack that we can exploit was Obama's diss to the
Supreme Court. With issues like his birth certificate and the
constitutionality of these bills it is unwise to piss off those who
will decide on them.
We need to keep up if not increase the
pressure against the beast of Washington DC. Lets start considering
some national strikes. Push the states on nullification legislation.
Change your withholding to limit the taxes going in to feed the beast.
Support new and fresh candidates for office. We want to un-elect ALL
incumbents. Lastly we need to consider becoming a full political party
and a force to be reckoned with.

Time to say NO!
It's time to change the tune of this song. It's time to say NO! to
politicians at all levels and those who support them. No more will we
pay your taxes. No more will we buy the products or use the services of
those who support you. No more will we obey your laws. No more will we
convict people for doing this either.
You do not listen to us when we say we don't want these laws and tax
bills so we no longer listen to you. We will not assist you in anyway
shape or form. We are on strike against the government and those who
willingly aid and abet in the destruction of the Constitution of the
United States and our American way of life.
Now is the time to stop calling congress about bills we don't like.
It's a waste of air and internet time. Tell your congressional rep that
they are fired and that you will be ignoring their laws. They can try
to enforce them at their own peril. Tell them that they have yet to
pass a law that meets the muster of the Constitution. Since the laws
don't meet the Constitution's limits or requirements they are not laws
that you or I will obey. When Pelosi, Reid, and others scoff at us ON
CAMERA! when asked if the laws are constitutional we have all the
information we need to make a right decision.
Our state and local politicians are no better. Every day more and more
restrictions are placed on our liberties. Sure they use good excuses
but the truth is it's really about income for the government and
control. We do not want or need a nanny that the government wants to
put on us from the time we get up until the time we go to bed.
They all took an OATH to protect, defend and OBEY the Constitution of
the United States of America and to the states that they serve. If they
will not obey the Supreme Law of the Land why should we obey them?
I say NO! You should too or get used to saying 'yes master' to these evil people.

The three biggest issues to take total control.
All of this comes back to the Constitution and how its been trashed.
There are three things happening now or in the near term that will
completely enslave us and only a civil war may restore our Republic and
the Constitution. If we want to avoid this we need to get off out butts
and united to RESTORE THE CONSTITUTION.
Food - The NAIS laws and the new agriculture regulations that are
coming into effect will control what we eat. These regulations give
total unconstitutional control to the government. This is all in the
name of food safety. You and I will not even be able to grow gardens or
raise a few chickens on the side. We will need to register with the
government, provide a plan of what we intend to grow, set up setbacks
to prevent contamination of our gardens, give the government unlimited
rights to inspect our property and books, ect. It will be impossible to
comply and the fines for non-compliance are astronomical. These laws
and rules are already in effect. Some will say that the NAIS law is
voluntary. So is paying income taxes. You volunteer at the point of the
governments gun. This is the most dangerous law to me. Folks will put
up with a lot as long as their bellies are full. Hungry people are the
most dangerous. Starving folks will follow anyone who promises them
food.
Cap and Trade - Control of our energy by its means of production and
its uses. This one has already been approved in the House of
UN-representatives. It is also on the fast track in the senate. The
nuclear option has been threatened in that should the senates version
be approved the two bills will just be combined by a simple majority
vote and sent to obuma for signature without a reconciliation bill be
put forth for a vote. This is all under the name of saving the planet
from global warming or climate change as its called now. Never mind
that warming and cooling has been around since the planet came into
existence and the science has been proven to be junk. This is really
all about controlling our means of production and its uses through
controlling the energy we need to survive and to thrive.
Health care reform - Lastly control of whether we get to live or die.
The right to control our health treatment and say what we get treated
for and how is just outright total communism. The state will totally
take over our health care and say what they will and won't pay for. Are
you too young of too old to produce for the state? Tier two for you.
Are you right in the middle, well tier one for you. There will be no
other options for you to use. Your keeping your own health insurance is
a lie. As soon as your private insurance makes ANY changes to your
policy you must take the public option. Also private insurance will
never be able to compete with the public trough. Private doctors and
hospitals will close under the burden of government regulations and
mandates. They are already doing it now.
Their total control will be complete once these three things are done,
and so will we. There is really only one thing that stands in the way.
The Constitution of the United States and it limitations. We have been
taken down one piece of legislation at a time. We can not restore
ourselves that slowly as time is now to short. We must demand ALL
UNCONSTITUTIONAL laws be rescinded and the lawmakers that made them
FIRED.

Catch the Constitution Flu!
Why? Because the Constitution Matters!
Its
time to take the protest to the next level and make our representatives
listen to us, WE THE PEOPLE! Let the national strikes begin! Catch
the Constitution Flu. Spend those ‘sick’ days away from work and
making purchases. Starve the beast of our income taxes and sales
taxes. Let your ‘elected representatives know on the phone and by
e-mail that you have had enough of them not listening. Let them know
that passing socialist bills in congress without reading what they are
signing is not acceptable. Stand on the street corners with a
Constitution Flu sign and show the public and the press that you have
had enough. Let the press know that their support of the socialist
take over of America is over! Visit small business and request they
close in support. Explain how they are being put out of business by
these UNCONSTITUTIONAL laws.

dc with a march to your state capitol if you can’t make it to dc
yourself. Plan on a big one on Nov 4-7 to celebrate obama’s ascension

The left is really running scared!
The left is really running scared. All it took was one man with a
legally carried AR-15 rifle slung on his back. The uproar from the left
and the rino center still has me laughing! One honest, civil, clean
cut, well dressed, ARMED, American had them quaking in their granola.
This example is what the second amendment is all about. Putting fear in
the hearts of evil government officials. This is where the real power
lies. It's in the hand of it's citizens with the means and the will to
say NO! to them and enforce it. The government has no problems with
sending in armed troops to send one kid back to cuba. They have a real
problem with one armed citizen in a crowd.
If we really want to return our government to it's Constitutionally
required place this is what we need to do. We must arm up and tell
these evil politicians it's time for them to go. God gave us free will.
Will you let these evil people take it from you? I look at the 29th
rally at the state capitols to be the defining turning point. Either
they will respect the people and the states rights or we must take them
back by ALL means at our immediate disposal.

A temporary spine
Wow!
did you see Representative Joe Wilson grow a spine on tv last night? I
hope you did because it didn't last. By morning he was calling the
white house and apologizing to the president for calling the liar a
liar. The president said that his health care plan didn't cover illegal
immigrants. Technically that's true, however when the republicans, led
by Joe Wilson, tried to put that language into the bill the democrats
removed it. Since there is no provision to require proof of citizenship
prior to coverage, you can expect that the regulations will contain a
provision prohibiting checking of citizenship. That's the way the
communist in charge now work. They say one thing and do the other once
the bill passes. They still think that the public hasn't caught onto
this tactic
The republicans are trying to stay in the middle of
the road. They hope with this strategy that they will regain power in
2010. The problem is they are still not listening to the voters. The
American public doesn't believe the president or congress. The
republicans had a chance to back Joe and show the public some spine.
That chance was shot down in flames by morning. All third parties need
to bring this right to the public's face.
The public is tired
of washington. We are tired of hearing one thing and then the
government doing another. I am tired of hearing our congressional reps
state that they don't know what a bill does or doesn't allow or
prohibit. We the People of America are not as ignorant as they think.
We are awake to their tricks. This next election cycle, if we get to
it, will be a blood bath for incumbents. 57 % of voters think congress

spine from the GOP will ensure that this will reach 80% by November
fourth 2010.
Now is the time for americans and third parties to
stand up for the Constitution. We must return our path to the
restrictions on government that the Constitution imposes. We must find
candidates that will support and obey the Constitution. The only hope
for real change for the better is to change out all of the rouges in
washington and restore the Constitution of the United States to its

Under what authority?
Under what authority does the pay czar, Kenneth Feinberg, have to tell
a private company how much compensation it's employees can receive?
Where in the Constitution of the United States of America does this
authority exist? When did Congress pass a law giving anyone in the
administration this authority?
It is time to wake up folks and
smell the burning coffee pot. This act is one of many that must be
stopped and overthrown. It can not be allowed to go forward. If this is
allowed under the guise of 'we bailed them out so we have the right' we
allow it to further expand to everyone. Once a government rule starts
it only grows until it covers everyone. That means YOU! Some bureaucrat
will soon be telling you how much you can make. Is your job green
enough? You might get a raise. Does you company support a favored
political class? You might get a raise, just remember to contribute
most if not all of it to the favored political class or you might end
up with a full pay cut.
This headlong ride into socialism must
stop NOW! It is past time to revolt against this overthrow of the
United States. This coup must be overthrown by ALL means and its
authors tried, convicted for treason, and fully dealt with.
Or you can just say yes master, your servant obeys you master, and go back to sleep.

Outrage, Do you know? Cause our elected officials don'tThis was originally posted by me on my personal blog and Constitution Party blog on February 15th.
Do you really know whats going on with the economy? I hope you do,
cause its apparent that our elected officials and the bureaucrats don't
have a clue. Congress just passed a bill that NONE of them read. If
they tried to read this stimulus bill, they had to read 1100 pages in
less the 24 hours. Can you do that? I can't and I love to read. So soon
we will hear their outrage at this pig in a poke when the details come
back to bite them.
When the details of this latest stimulus package hits you, you will be
outraged at what it cost you and how little it does. You were told it
will be used to build and repair infrastructure. True, to a point, some
time after 2010 or later. What will it do now? Not much if you are out
of a job. It will extend your unemployment benefits a few more weeks,
but it will do little to bring new jobs in the near term. That is
unless you are looking for a job in the government. There is going to
be a big increase in the size of the government. Remember welfare
reform during the clinton years that the republicans rammed through? It
got a lot of folks off the welfare lifestyle and back to work. It has
been repealed with this bill. Boy will your representatives be outraged
when you bite them in the butt over that.
Rest assured they are good at outrage for not knowing. They were
outraged at the SEC and the banks when the foreclosure crisis and the
banking crisis hit. They are outraged that the banks can't account for
the 350 billion of taxpayers dollars that they have received. They were
outraged when the treasury department couldn't tell them where an
additional two TRILLION in bank loans went. There was a run on the
banks to the tune of 550 billion and they don't know who was behind it.
According to some in congress it was a near thing. What, you didn't

businesses that are going bankrupt all have outstanding loans to the

Obama breach of trust.Obama and the neo-socialist left really messed up this week. In a major
breach of trust they floated a idea of making Veterans pay for their
continuing health care for service connected disabilities. If there was
one group the left needed to keep on their side its the military. The
military support groups were on the left's butt in a big way.
First
of all it's the employers responsibility to take care of work related
injuries. Mine and your personal insurance never covers these types of
injuries. After the member retires or is discharged from the service
these injuries are called pre-existing condition and again its not
covered. That means the service member will be required to pay for it.
Thanks for your service dude. Sorry for your injuries, here's your
bill. So much for a enlistment contract.
If insurance carriers
are required to provide coverage this will lead to major price
increases to cover their expanded cost. Battlefield injuries are
devastating to the member and expensive to treat. Many insurers may
just fold and get out of the business due to these cost. That of course
means the taxpayer will again have to pick up the slack while we are
losing our own choices for health care coverage due to this government
interference.
Young men and women thinking about serving will
think again about the cost. If the government can bail out on their
responsibilities now, what will they fail you on out in the future. You
just won't be able to trust them. Members who are serving now will
leave while the getting out is good and they are still healthy. It just
won't be worth the risk.
This, of course, is a strategy of the
left to weaken the military. If they all leave they can form their
civilian corps without interference or worry the military might not
back their power play when the public revolts. Only their faithful will
serve as the brown shirts to keep the public in line.
Thankfully
a few courageous officers and enlisted folks are challenging Obama
right to be president in court. As more military folks see this the
voice of opposition in the military will grow louder. I foresee a major
effort by the left to block the military vote to try and offset their
outrage. Good luck with that.
We are heading for a major
confrontation and the left is running as fast as they can to prepare
for it. Are you ready? Where will you stand? As for me and my house we
stand for the Constitution, God, Liberty, and our Country!

How
can the Republican party have any hope when their own members keep
shooting themselves in the foot? Take those three who voted for the
stimulus package. The republicans could have put the whole mess onto
the democrats alone to sink or swim with. Now they have a bipartisan
out when it does nothing and they come back for more.
The
leader of the RNC was 'Mis-quoted' when he spoke about abortion and
his pro-choice views. He should have read the party platform. If he
can't abide by it he needs to change it or resign. If you can't stand
for the party line, you can't promote the party. When you 'mis-speak'
what you really feel you destroy your credibility and your parties
credibility. That's a bad thing when you are trying to rebuild after a
bad loss.
The republicans had a great chance with the latest
budget bill passed this week. They could have removed their earmarks
and let the democrats keep theirs in if they dared. Its one thing to
say this was sooooo last administration. The problem is that it's this
administration that's signing it. We always look at who voted to pass
it and who signed it. Even Ms Palin was caught appointing a liberal to
higher office.
Mr. obama has his own problems within the party
as well. pelosi and reid are trying to be more left than him, if
that's possible. Others in his party can feel the winds of voter
discontent and are trying to back down a little. Then there is all
those tax problems. Does anyone in the democratic party pay taxes like
the rest of us?
If a party can't enforce party discipline it's
not a party. Its just a collection of somewhat like-minded people. If
they don't stand by their stated beliefs what will they really stand
for? Can you really trust them? Actions speak louder than words. Don't
say one thing and then do another. We call that hypocrisy.
There
is going to be a bunch of tea parties going on this April 15th. We
will be protesting on the capitol steps to our state reps on how our
money is being wasted in Washington DC. The tension in the public's
mind is building over the fate of our republic. I hope to see your

This parties getting interesting.

I think this Tea Party idea has taken hold. Parties are springing up
all over like prairie wild flower blooms in the spring. Most major
cities are having one on the 15th of April. Nothing like a tax protest
on national tax day. I'm going to host one as well.
I'm going to
be in Austin Texas at the capitol steps on the 15th under my banner of
'One Angry Taxpayer'. This is not and will not have anything to with
the Constitution Party. My local county party can't provide support for
political reasons. I can't provide a better reason as I don't have one.
I
ask you to be a 'One Angry Taxpayer' as well and join me in Austin, or
be one on your capitol building as well. This protest needs to be at
your capitol building if you can make it. We need to do this at the
capitol for several reasons.
1. Time is short. Our 'leaders'
in congress are moving at warp speed in Washington DC to implement the
socialist takeover of America. They are not listening to us in small
voices.
2. The dilution effect. Many small parties all over the
state in towns and cities are easy to ignore. Time is short and we need
a large visible party to be seen in the national news. Lets get as many
folks as possible together in one spot.
3. Its where our state
politicians are. Most legislatures are in session now and for them
April 15th is a work day. Lets show up where they work. They need to
see we are angry, not hear about it from some staffer at the home
office, which may not be in your town.
With the exception of
Texas, Alaska, and maybe California most folks can get to their capitol
in an easy half a days travel. With our Governor and state reps there,
I want them to see me and I want to see them. I will be gathering
signatures on two petitions. One will be for the legislature to enforce
the 10th amendment on states sovereignty. The other will be calling on
the governor to reign in our state delegation in Washington DC.. Any
one who votes for a bill they haven't read, like the latest 'stimulus'
bill doesn't represent anyone.

No Morale Authority

Our national leaders no longer have any morale authority to lead. They
all recently passed on a spending bill without reading it. The
neo-socialist democrats all said it was to important to delay. This
1100+ page bill was put out to our 'leaders' desks less than 24 hours
before it was voted on. None of then stated that they had read the
whole bill. I bet they only read the parts that dealt with the pork
that they wanted in the bill. No other heavy reading is needed as long
as you got yours in the bill. It's all good after that.
President
obama proved he lied when it took him several days to sign the bill
after it passed. President obama said he needed it now. He had a temper
tantrum when the republicans didn't just sign off on it like his
cronies did. He said they were not working in a bipartisan way. Excuse
me but all republican proposals were rejected outright by his socialist
democrats.
The republicans showed a surprising amount of back
bone in standing firm against this bill. Except for three RINO's all of
them rejected this bill. Too bad they didn't do that years ago, they
might still be in power. Now if they would start purging their party of
all the rino's people might start believing in them. This will not
happen of course. This is why all of the politicians in washington must
go. None of them can be trusted.
There are now calls for tea
parties, as in the "Boston Tea Party" back in revolutionary times.
Yesterday and today these rallies are being held around this nation.
This is due to the details starting to come out to the public. A few
governors are publicly rejecting this bill due to the strings attached
to the money. Maybe the leftist press and these socialist politicians
will pay attention and repent. I'm not going to hold my breath. They
will just dismiss this as rhetoric of the bitter, bible believing, gun
totting folks in flyover country. Just pass a few more stimulus bills
and we will go away.
They can't be more wrong. History shows
that socialism fails every time. Socialist however have never met a
history lesson that they can't re-write. The only real question is will
they be thrown out in 2010 and 2012, or will we descend into more
despair and fracture as a republic. Given that the republicans can't be
trusted to lead if in power I'm not real hopeful. Will we unite under a
third party and throw the bums out? I've done my part and changed
parties. Will you?

Hypocrits against the war.
Once
again Israel is fighting against those who hate it and have vowed to
kill all the jews. Hamas and the citizens who elected it to power have
declared an end to the truce and fired more rockets into Israel. Israel
responded back and Hamas and the citizens who elected them are dying.
This time Israel seems intent on killing all of hamas in Gaza once and
for all. Hamas seems to have underestimated their support around the
world. The majority of the world seems tired of hamas.
A
surprising few of the liberal left have once again stood up on their
hind legs and protested against Israel. They claim Israel is fighting a
premeditated war. They say its premeditated as Israel is targeting
hamas leaders, command and control centers, and supply depots. In a
nation that is always under attack I find it stupid that they believe
Israel doesn't have contingency plans for attack by their enemies. Do
they think we here in the United States don't have plans in place
should we be attacked by our likely enemies? I sure hope not!
Their
next complaint is that Israel is targeting civilians or not doing
enough to protect them from collateral damage. Excuse me folks but the
hamas killers who started this war are hiding once again behind the
skirts of women and bodies of children. All the while they continue
firing rockets at Israeli civilian population centers. The response
from the left is of course the sound of silence.
Israel only
wants peace. They only attack after repeated attacks. Hamas, the PLO,
as well as most of their neighbors publicly state they want to destroy
Israel. The killers and their supporters them whine that the Israeli
response was disproportionate to their provocation. To many civilians,
that they hide behind, are killed. They have even been found to stage
photo ops for their allied press. Your whine is heard and ignored.
It
is written in the bible by God speaking to Israel, "I will bless those
who bless you, and I will curse those who curse you." I and my house
will serve the Lord and pray for Israel and learning for its enemies.
Hamas
and its supporters have made their choice. Now they can live or die
with those choices. Hamas and those who elected them have the power to
end the war. Stop firing rockets into Israel and agree to never do it
again. Israel wants nothing in Gaza but peace. I do not here the
complaints of how poor the Palestinians are. They have plenty of money
for rockets, suicide belts and bullets. Convert their swords into
plowshares and enjoy peace and prosperity. Its not rocket science.

How evil is the left?
Yesterday,
I got a lesson on just how evil the left really is. As many of you know
I work as a paramedic in a hospital. I was taking a pregnant woman up
to the labor and delivery floor. As we walked down the halls her
husband complained that they had waited at LBJ hospital for four hours
after being triaged and they had not been taken to L & D. LBJ is
one of the county hospitals in Harris county Texas. He then espoused on
how great the free medical care in Canada was. I tried to explain to
him that nothing is free and waiting for months for medical test and
surgery is not great. Canadians with the cash or insurance regularly
come to the United States instead of waiting. As I was leaving after
dropping her off he said it was so great that doctors made house calls
to weed out people who didn't need to go to the hospital. I told him
there wasn't enough doctors to make house calls for 300 million
americans. His reply was that they should. I said doctors were not
slaves. Thats when he said, "well, they should be".
Well, they
should be? How bad has America gotten that what was once the most
respected of professions are now to be enslaved? I am all for people
getting good health care, but enslaving doctors and all medical staff?
I don't think so! You and I have the right to health care, but we also
have the duty to pay for it. I don't have to pay for your care. I am a
free man, just like all the other 300 million plus american citizens.
No one has the right to enslave another so they don't have to pay what
they owe. No one has the right to put a gun to my head and say give me
your money. That's called armed robbery. When the government does it
it's called taxes.
This is what's wrong with the left and the
entitlement class that they have created. They think they have the
right to enslave others to do their will or fulfill their needs. This
is why socialism is just plain evil. Now we are faced with what happens
when folks forget their history. The left is prepared to enslave others
all in the name of their needs. The former Republican party freed the
slaves. The Democratic party formed the KKK to suppress the former
slaves. The democrats then formed the entitlement class with the New
Deal and the Great Society programs.
Now the socialist now
have control of the government. The Republicans lost because they tried
to become democrat lite to appeal to the entitlement class. They didn't
point out as the economy tanked that the democrats implemented the
policies that led to the foreclosure crisis. When the republicans made
a weak attempt to reign in the spending it was the democrats that
blocked it. The rest is history and you and I are paying for it.

Washington's $5 Trillion Tab
Five
trillion dollars. It's a mind boggling amount that only the government
can comprehend. Forbes is reporting the best estimated tab for the
current financial crisis is at least five trillion dollars. Has anyone
heard this from our elected officials? Of course not. They cannot even
tell us where the two trillion the treasury recently lent out went to.
Why not? The treasury is refusing to tell anyone where the money went ,
thats why. It's plain to me there is no such thing as congressional
oversight. Why would that be? In a word, Denial, that's why. If they
don't know about it they can express outrage when the public finds out
the cost being laid on our backs. At that point though nothing can be
done as the money is gone. The only road through this crisis is a deep
recession if not a long lasting depression. Those elected will only
charge the other side with being at fault and then promise things will
change if we only elect more of their party. If pigs wear lipstick and
fly.
Fixing this crisis will take a fundamental shift in
thinking and management. We must stop throwing away out capital and let
these institutions fail. Their failure is already a forgone conclusion.
Their failed management remains unchanged and the reason for the
failure will still be there when the public money well runs dry. With
no money available after the final failure the recovery will be
prolonged if at all. A wise man said the first thing you must do when
you find yourself in a deep hole is to stop digging. Lets stop digging
and fill the hole with the buried bodies of these failed companies and
their political supporters..
Contact your representatives and
let them know your displeasure. Demand they stop wasting YOUR money
prolonging failure. If they don't listen leave their party and tell
them why. Nothing gets a politicians attention faster than losing
support and voters. If your state has a recall process then start a
recall. Even if they survive the recall attempt, the expense and the
effort will help change their conduct. Be in their face daily. E-mail
them and call them all the time. Fear of a pissed off electorate is a
great thing for finally getting things done.

Godless and Godly politicians need to be watched.
Whats
the difference between godless and godly politicians? Not much, both
need to be watched and pretty much for the same reasons. Neither should
be trusted out of sight and never out of mind.
For the godless
that's pretty simple as to why. Those who have no God think the are a
god onto themselves. They answer only to their conscious and no one
else. Anyone who thinks different is the enemy and needs to be
destroyed, or they are delusional and need to be put away. With no God,
life and time is short to get done what they think needs to be done. If
you dare to get in their way you deserve to get run over.
The
godly think God is on their side all the time. They are on a crusade of
the righteous all the time. Being against them is being against God.
You rights to be different is of no concern at all. The fact that you
have the right to reject God is of no concern to them and is a reason
to oppress you into the dust. Some religions give them the right to
even kill you for rejecting their god.
Many politicians claim to
be godly. This however, not seen in their public lives. They claim this
is due to the "separation of church and state". Their public lives of
course are serving the state. They state they do not support certain
policies that are ungodly BUT, they can't vote against them as this
would be pushing their religion on others. Every election they tell us
how they try, but the ungodly block them. These are probably the most
deceitful and dangerous.
Any politician who claims religion but
doesn't vote with his religion is a liar and is hiding their true
religion. Those who have no religion are a religion onto themselves and
all others are deluded and dangerous. Those who are godly are on a
crusade against the godless who need to convert or get out of the way.
All need to be watched all the time.

Temper tantrum in chief
Well,
well, well. President obama has already lost it. The other day he had a
major fit because the republicans in the senate would not toe the line
on his stimulus spending package. He reminded the republicans, "we won
the election". He reminded me of a kid chiding others to play by his
rules or he will take his ball and go home. Where have we heard such a
line before? Oh yea, "we are the president" billary, complaining on the
defeat of her healthcare takeover.
Well he should be happy
today. He got three RINO's to go over to his side and pass the package
out of the senate. These three RINO's shot the republican party in the
foot again. They could have put the whole stimulus package onto the
backs of the democratic party. Now when this pork package fails to fix
the economy the democrats can claim it was the republicans fault too.
Why the republican party doesn't kick these losers out of their caucus
is beyond me.
Its friends like these that will finally take
the republican party the way of the dodo and the whig party. As a
member of the Constitution Party this can't happen soon enough. A smart
party would purge itself from this type of people. A smart party would
let the democrats run the whole show and be fully responsible for its
failure. It will fail. It failed during the first depression and it
will fail during this depression. Given the type of politicians we have
in Washington DC it can do nothing but fail.
The main problems
that led to this depression still remain. Homeowners that are facing
foreclosure are still there and nothing in this bill will fix it. The
dollar is still weak and will get weaker with the coming inflation.
More banks are failing and will fail. The commercial property failures
have yet to begin. We as a nation produce less and less every year. As
the government spends more money less is available for investment and
starting up of manufacturing.
The lack trust in the government
and our current socialist system will cause its demise. The government
policies that caused these problems will only get worse. The
politicians only see the government as the cure or solution. They never
see that they are the problem. Socialism never last long before it
collapses under its shear weight and burden on the people. The only
real question then is, will the union hold together or will it fracture
into large chunks? Will we fall into fascism or will we throw off the
shackles and win back our freedom?
Are you prepared? Are you
just a sheeple? Are you ready to fight for your freedom? Are you a
slave to the government or are you a free person?

Where does it end?
Just
where does the bailout gravy train end? Does congress even care that
their poll numbers are around 9% and falling? Of course they don't! We,
the displeased voters of America, just re-elected most of them. We
don't pay for their campaigns, the banks and unions do. We just listen
to their promises of change and vote for the 'new boss, same as the old
boss'. And yes, it appears we got fooled again. Most of Obama's
advisers are from the Clinton regime. So much for change. Those who
brought us the banking crisis like Dodd and Frank are still there too.
It
now looks like the bailout tab is running at around seven trillion
dollars. The failed auto industry is asking for 34 billion and may get
15 billion to tide them over through March. One can assume they will be
back hat in hand again before that. Just who wants to buy a car from
them not knowing if they will still be in business to honor their
warranties? Oh wait, maybe we can get congress to guarantee them at
taxpayer expense. (Don't send this to your reps. and give them any
ideas!)
Folks, it's time to stop digging this hole any deeper.
We need to revolt against this farce. If you are getting a tax refund
this year make it a point to file as soon as you can and get YOUR money
out of their hands. Don't wait too long. Once congress reconvenes after
Obama takes charge you can expect tax changes real quick. It may cost
you your refund if you haven't gotten it yet. If you owe money wait
until April to file. Don't give it to them any sooner than you have to.
It's
time for the electorate to wake up to these crooks. Please make a real
change. Change parties and let those now in power know that you have
left their party. The only thing they fear is not getting re-elected.
In 2010 the House of Representatives will be up for re-election. Lets
start throwing the bums out. Don't let them tell you they voted against
the bailouts. So what if they did? These millionaires have much greater
access to the courts that you and me. I have yet to see one lawsuit
against these unconstitutional bills. Ron Paul even said the bill was
unconstitutional, "but that's OK, they've done it before". If like me,
you have never joined a political party before do so now. It's your
money and your country.

Time for the republican party to depart the scene
It's
time for the republican party to fold. The party of Lincoln no longer
serves those who are its base and believe in its written core values.
Just as Lincoln left the whig party I have left the republican party
for the Constitution Party. I believe God, our rights to liberty, and I
believe I and all others have the right to life and the fruits of their
labor. The republican party says they believe this, but the actions of
their leaders show otherwise. The selection of John McCain as their
candidate proves this. Look up the word RINO in the political
dictionary and you will find his picture. America totally rejected this
no change campaign policy. They did not, however reject conservative
values. If you look at issues on the ballots about taxes, gay marriage,
english language, and others you will see they were voted for and
carried with a large conservative voice.
We, the conservative
lovers of America need to stop being afraid of being called names. We
need to denounce those in power who use hateful names against us to
further their evil agenda. Being against illegal aliens is not racism
or being racist. It's being about being for the protection of America
and protection of those legally here. Loving God and following his laws
is not imposing a theocracy. It's about being moral and upright. It's
about being truthful and doing what's right to others. We need to call
evil, evil. That is exactly what it is. It is not another life style.
It is not a cultural difference. It's evil, plain and simple. Please
don't make excuses for it or try to use some other word for it, call it
what it is, EVIL. Shine a light on it and show the world what we really
stand for and against.
We have our work cut out for us over the
next few years. I know those evil folks in power will hang themselves
with their evil policies. We need to stand up and get the word out when
they act. We need to not let them revise history and blame the other
party when these action lead to the harm for all americans. We know the
root cause of the housing crisis was due to the policies of the
democratic party, yet the republican party got all the blame. Why?
Because they didn't get the truth out to the people and because of
traitors in their party willingly assisted these evil policies for
their own gain.
It is written " those who refuse to learn from
history are doomed to repeat it" Please learn our history before those
in power rewrite it and we repeat those deleted mistakes. Please STAND
UP and get the word out. Be counted, be a light for liberty, be one for
God.

Chron's liberal support for illegal aliens
Once
again the Houston Chronicle shows it's liberal bias in its reporting on
immigration issues. The liberal shill, Lisa Falkenberg, completely
ignores the illegal part of entering the United States in her piece. In
citing un-named studies she points out that 43% of those illegal aliens
in prison committed misdemeanors. She omits to mention that means 57%
of them committed felonies. She also fails to differentiate between
illegal immigration and legal immigration. She states that most
immigrants are law abiding. As the many commentator points out 100% of
ILLEGAL aliens commit a felony just by entering the U.S. ILLEGALLY. If
you add on driving without a license or insurance, false id's and
identity theft to get jobs, you only begin to touch on the crimes the
chronicle supports.
With this stand, the Houston Chronicle
supports the loss of jobs and the suppression of wages to honest
americans and legal immigrants. Many unethical employers pay these
illegals under the table. That means the taxes that you and I pay are
not being paid to the treasury. No income taxes, no medicare taxes, no
social security taxes, ectera..... This puts honest businesses at a
clear disadvantage in the market place. Given that we are currently in
a recession if not the beginning of a depression, this it totally
abhorrent to a honest open, and free society
The cost to our
infrastructure is totally ignored as well. Our schools are impaired
with 'undocumented' immigrant children, who can't even understand the
language they are being taught in. Every one is held back while these
kids catch up. Our hospitals are inundated to provide health care
without any compensation. While it is a right, legally, morally, and
ethically to provide health care to all sick persons, it is also a duty
to pay for it. It's plainly illegal, immoral, and unethical not pay for
your services. All the honest americans and legal immigrants pay these
cost of illegal's services to the degradation of our economy. The
threat to our lives due to a poorly educated populace and closed
hospitals is of no concern the these evil supporters.
No
society has ever survived for long when its national integrity,
identity, and security is ignored as the Houston Chronicle and Lisa
Falkenberg would advocate. One wonders how the chronicle and its
shill's would fare then.
